Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return request.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at jananstore12@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will share the return address and further instructions via email. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at jananstore12@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances — custom or personalized products, items that have been used or washed, items without original tags or packaging, sale items, and gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days through the following methods depending on how you originally paid.
For Cash on Delivery orders, your refund will be issued via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or direct bank transfer. Please provide your account details when contacting us for the return. For online payment orders, your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank may take additional time to process and reflect the amount.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at jananstore12@gmail.com.
